CANCELLATION

Free cancellation (minus card fees) up to 14 days before your first booked day. 50% refund 7 to 13 days before. Inside 7 days the deposit is not refundable, but you may reschedule once within 12 months at no charge. If we or an operator fail you, that component is replaced or refunded in full. Weather cancellations by the captain are rescheduled or refunded in full, always.

Feluccas drift beautifully; captains read the river. If conditions are genuinely poor, the captain calls it and you get the full-refund-or-reschedule choice.
