The EgyRoam Guarantee, in full
These are the working terms that travel with every quote. The version you accept at booking is attached to your itinerary, so what you agreed to never moves.
1. Verified people
Every guide, driver and captain on your itinerary holds a checked government licence or a documented EgyRoam vetting record (references plus a paid test assignment). Each has a public page at egyroam.com/verify showing what we checked and when. If the person who arrives is not the person on your voucher, the affected day is free.
2. Fixed fair price
The quoted price is all-in for everything on your itinerary ledger. No fees are added later, and nobody on your trip will ask you for money for anything we booked. Tips are always welcome, never required, and never solicited.
3. Payment
A 30% deposit by card locks your dates and operators; the balance is due by card 7 days before arrival. Trips booked inside 7 days are paid in full at booking. We settle every operator ourselves.
4. Cancellation by you
Full refund minus card fees up to 14 days before your first booked day; 50% refund 7 to 13 days before; inside 7 days the deposit is not refundable, but the trip may be rescheduled once within 12 months at no charge.
5. Cancellation or failure by us or an operator
If an operator fails to appear or we cancel a component, you choose: a same-day replacement of equal or better standard where possible, or a full refund of that component within 72 hours.
6. The line
A 24/7 WhatsApp line runs every day of your trip; its number arrives with your vouchers. In-trip problems: first response within 5 minutes, a human decision-maker within 30, and a resolution or refund decision within 72 hours, in writing.
7. Weather and force majeure
If a site closes or a government action affects a component, we reschedule it within your trip where possible; otherwise it is refunded. We never keep money for a service that did not happen.
