- Ask which credentials, references and checks are available for that person.
- Share your language, mobility and other practical requirements before confirmation.
- Check the route, duration, vehicle or boat details and agreed price in your quote.
- The public verification page is currently a sample, not evidence of a completed check on an operator.
Keep the arrangements clear
- Keep your written quote and booking reference together.
- Review the meeting point, time and what is included before accepting the arrangements.
- Contact the team if the proposed service changes or anything needs clarification.
Review before you commit
- Website requests do not take payment or reserve a place.
- Pay in cash before your confirmed experience begins. Your quote states the amount, currency and collection details.
- Do not send payment card details through inquiry forms or email.
- Read the cancellation policy and the terms supplied with your quote before confirming.
While you are in Egypt
- Confirm your trip contact details and support arrangements before travelling.
- Use the details provided with your confirmed booking for time-sensitive trip questions.
