Confirm the arrangements in writing. Payment is collected in cash before the confirmed experience begins, as set out in your quote. Nothing is paid through this website.
People and practical checks
The guide, driver or captain depends on the experience and your date. Ask for the proposed provider's name, role, language and relevant credentials before confirming. Public operator profiles are not yet available; sample verification pages are illustrations of the process.
