CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Plans change. The policy is short.

This is the whole policy; the same text travels with every quote, so what you agreed to never moves. To cancel or reschedule, email trips@egyroam.com with your reference, or use My Trip. Clocks run from your first booked day, Cairo time.

14+ days before your first booked day

Full refund, minus card processing fees. No questions, no forms, one email.

7 to 13 days before

50% refund. The other half covers operators who have now turned down other work for your dates.

Inside 7 days

The deposit is not refunded, but it converts to a reschedule credit: move the trip once, any dates within 12 months, free.

Any time, if WE fail you

Operator no-show, bait-and-switch, or an EgyRoam error: same-day replacement of equal or better standard where possible, or that component refunded in full within 72 hours. Your choice, in writing.

Weather & force majeure

Site closures, government action, a captain calling the river: rescheduled within your trip where possible, otherwise refunded in full. We never keep money for a service that did not happen.

Refunds return to the original card, initiated within 72 hours of the decision; bank posting times vary by issuer.

Gift-card purchases follow the same tiers against the trip they fund; unredeemed gift cards are refundable to the buyer in full within 14 days of issue.

Airport transfers have their own kinder rule: free cancellation to 24 hours before landing, and flight delays never count against you.
