How people discover us
When you send an inquiry, we may include a broad referral category, such as Google or ChatGPT, and the type of page where this visit began. Before submission, these categories stay in the current page's memory. When you submit, a copy is kept with your browser's request retry details and the recorded inquiry so retries preserve the same request. This operational attribution does not retain referring URLs, search terms or campaign text. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable new capture. Attribution can be unknown after navigation or when a referrer is unavailable.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages and successful inquiries. Google processes browser and device information, network information including your IP address, a pseudonymous cookie identifier, public page paths and broad referral categories. We do not send inquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment tokens, request references or URL query text through our analytics events. Automatic form tracking and advertising personalization are disabled. Payment, account, private confirmation and unlisted pages are excluded. Google may process this information outside Egypt. Counts cover consenting visitors only; an inquiry is not a confirmed booking or a qualified lead.
Analytics choices and cookies
Analytics is off until you accept. Accepting or declining does not affect trip requests. Use Privacy settings to change your choice at any time. Declining stops measurement and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies; it does not remove information already processed by Google. We remember your choice in browser storage for up to 180 days and limit analytics cookie lifetime to 180 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics off. If browser storage is unavailable, analytics stays off. Google Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months without resetting on new activity; aggregated reports may be retained longer.
What we collect
Details you send in a request or conversation: your name, email, travel dates, party size, preferences and an optional phone number. We also retain the request reference, delivery status and records needed to operate the service. Please do not send passport information, card numbers or other sensitive documents through these forms.
Why we use it
To review your inquiry, prepare and discuss a trip, manage any agreed booking and investigate delivery or service problems. We do not sell your contact details or add you to a marketing list just because you ask about a trip.
How requests are handled
Requests are stored by our hosted website and internal operations system. Our team uses AI-assisted tools to organize inquiries, research options and prepare drafts. A person reviews communications before they are sent to clients or service providers. Please share only information needed for your inquiry.
Service providers
Hosting, email and AI service providers process information as part of these operations; this includes Railway hosting and Google Workspace (Gmail) for email. Processing may take place outside Egypt. When arranging an agreed service, relevant details may be shared with its provider. The request form does not collect payment card data.
Storage and retention
Inquiry and correspondence records are kept in operational databases and backups. Browser storage remembers your trip selections and request retry identifiers. Retention depends on the inquiry, any booking and applicable recordkeeping obligations; this site does not currently apply an automatic deletion deadline to every record.
Your choices
Email info@egyroam.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop an inquiry. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We will explain any records that must be retained and any limits on deleting backup copies immediately. Contact us before submitting if you need clarification about how your information will be processed.
