How to book and pay EgyRoam
EgyRoam’s current contact email is info@egyroam.com. Sending a trip or gift inquiry is free and does not reserve a place. After reviewing your written quote and receiving a written booking confirmation, pay the agreed amount in cash before the experience begins. Online card payments and instant online gift-card purchases are not currently available.
A request starts the conversation
Send your dates, party size and interests. The team reviews availability and practical arrangements, then sends a proposed itinerary and quote. A request reference confirms that an inquiry was recorded; it is not a booking confirmation or a payment receipt.
Review the written quote before confirming
Check the route, dates, group size, provider arrangements, included and excluded items, exact amount and currency, and cancellation terms. Your trip is confirmed only when you receive a written booking confirmation. A catalogue starting estimate is not a guaranteed final price.

Cash payment before the experience
Your quote must explain who is authorized to collect cash, the amount and currency, and where and when collection will happen. Ask for a receipt when you pay. EgyRoam does not currently take online card payments. An older search result or payment link does not change these arrangements.
Gift ideas are inquiries too
The gift form lets you discuss an experience and budget. It does not issue a digital gift card or take payment. Ask the team to confirm the available arrangement and any validity, redemption, transfer or refund conditions in writing.
